FAYZ-M began operations in 1999 as a small sewing workshop with just five employees. Over time, the company built a large-scale production model based on internal resources and grew into one of Uzbekistan's leading cotton-textile clusters in the Khodjaabad district.

1999 — First Step
The business started as a small sewing workshop with only five employees, laying foundation for FAYZ-M's long-term production model.
2008–2022 — Integration
A weaving unit launched in 2008, yarn production followed in 2015, cluster status came in 2021, and a 24-ton-per-day spinning mill was commissioned in 2022.
2023 — Green Transition
Since 2023, FAYZ-M has been transitioning to green energy, already operating 2,000 kW of solar capacity while expanding exports to Poland, Turkey, Russia, Italy, Kazakhstan, and beyond.
