Flour Production
In 2022, the FAYZ-M cluster launched a new flour production facility to strengthen its internal food supply system and expand its agro-industrial operations. The project was implemented as part of a state-approved development program in Uzbekistan. The total cost amounted to USD 370,000, with USD 270,000 provided through a bank loan and USD 100,000 from the company’s own funds. The facility has a daily processing capacity of up to 50 tons of wheat, producing 37.5 tons of flour and 12.5 tons of bran per day. Monthly output reaches 1,125 tons of flour and 375 tons of bran, respectively. The wheat used in production is cultivated on the cluster’s own grain fields, ensuring raw material independence and continuous supply. The flour is primarily intended for domestic consumption, contributing to the availability of affordable, high-quality food products for the local population. The flour mill employs 50 full-time workers. Production processes are based on modern technologies, and product quality is continuously monitored through laboratory testing. This division reinforces the agroindustrial foundation of FAYZ-M and plays a key role in supporting food security in the region.
