Knitting

The weaving factory of the FAYZ-M cluster is a key link in its production chain, ensuring deep cotton processing and the production of high-quality textile materials. This unit was established based on an investment project implemented in stages between 2012 and 2017. The total value of the project amounted to USD 3 million, with all funds directed toward purchasing modern equipment in collaboration with TAYFAN, HonKnit, and Boosan. The factory’s annual production capacity is 4,000 tons of quality fabric. These fabrics are supplied uninterruptedly to the cluster’s sewing division and serve as the primary raw material for garment manufacturing. The fabrics produced are environmentally friendly, durable, and compliant with international standards. The factory employs 50 workers. Regular internal training programs are organized to enhance the skills of the local workforce, contributing not only to product quality but also to social and economic stability in the region. The fabrics manufactured at the factory are used both within the cluster and prepared for export. This approach supports the creation of a sustainable, self-reliant production model within the FAYZ-M cluster.
