Livestock Farming

The “Zokirjon Ota” farming enterprise, established in 2018 as part of the FAYZ-M cluster, plays a pivotal role in ensuring food security, raw material independence, and the development of an integrated agricultural model. Initially, the farm operated with just 30 head of cattle. Today, it has grown into a fullfledged livestock complex with significantly increased capacity. In 2021–2022, the farm imported 200 pedigree cows and 100 pedigree bulls from leading countries such as Switzerland and the Netherlands. In 2023, the farm expanded into equine breeding, acquiring 10 mares and 10 stallions from Poland. Additionally, it manages 600 fine-wool sheep and 100 pedigree rams. The fodder base is entirely self-sustained: maize and barley are cultivated in rotation on the cluster’s grain fields, creating a stable feed supply for the livestock. This approach promotes both economic efficiency and environmental sustainability. The primary goal of the farming division is to provide the local population with affordable, high-quality, and consistent meat and dairy products. Currently, the enterprise supports 13 permanent jobs, primarily filled by residents of the surrounding area. “Zokirjon Ota” serves as a strategic component of FAYZ-M’s agricultural framework, strengthening the cluster’s selfsufficiency and securing reliable resources for its industrial, food, and export operations.
