Cottonseed Oil Production

The cottonseed oil production unit of the FAYZ-M cluster is a vital part of its vertically integrated value chain, covering every stage from cotton cultivation to final product distribution. This facility uses cotton grown within the cluster’s own fields, ensuring both resource control and environmental efficiency. The plant has an annual capacity of 7,300 tons of cottonseed oil. Through a process of deep cottonseed refinement, high-quality vegetable oil is produced. In addition to the oil, valuable by-products such as meal, hulls (for animal feed), and technical components are also extracted — contributing to a zerowaste production model. The facility is equipped with modern, energyefficient machinery. Production processes fully comply with food safety standards and are subjected to regular laboratory testing. The oil is primarily supplied to the domestic market, supporting local access to affordable and quality food products, while also presenting export potential. This production line enhances the cluster’s overall efficiency and contributes to national food industry resilience. The entire cycle — from raw material to end consumer — takes place within one geographic location, making the model highly competitive. The unit employs several dozen skilled workers, most of whom are local residents. Their labor underpins the continuity and quality of production. For FAYZ-M, cottonseed oil is not merely a profitable product line — it is a strategic tool for maximizing resource utilization and increasing value-added output within the cluster ecosystem.
