Garment Production
The garment manufacturing division of FAYZM is the final and one of the most critical stages in the cluster’s fully integrated production chain. Each year, the facility produces around 7 million units of finished knitwear — a testament to its robust capacity and the effectiveness of years of accumulated expertise. The sewing facility is equipped with state-ofthe-art machinery from top European and Asian brands. Automated sewing machines, fabric-cutting systems, and in-house design centers significantly reduce human error and boost production speed. Every garment is manufactured in strict compliance with quality standards and undergoes multi-level inspection. The product range includes both everyday and seasonal clothing for men, women, and children. All items are customizable in terms of style, design, and color, based on the specific needs of each client. Environmentally friendly materials that meet international standards are used throughout the production process. Today, the facility employs over 700 workers. This not only contributes to local employment but also reinforces social stability in the region. A majority of the staff are women from nearby communities whose professional skills are regularly enhanced through training programs. FAYZ-M’s garments are popular both in the domestic market and abroad, with large volumes exported annually to Russia, Turkey, Italy, Poland, Kazakhstan, and other countries. The company maintains active partnerships with international brands and is committed to delivering high-quality products on time and to specification.
