Yarn Production

The yarn production facility within the FAYZM cluster is a key component of the industrial chain, providing the essential foundation for textile manufacturing. In 2023, the facility was fully commissioned as part of a presidential initiative to attract foreign investment and was implemented in cooperation with the renowned Swiss company RIETER. The total project value was USD 15 million, of which USD 12 million was financed through bank credit and USD 3 million came from the company’s own funds. These resources enabled the construction of a modern production facility equipped with cuttingedge technology. The factory has an annual capacity of 5,400 tons of combed yarn, ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply for the cluster’s weaving and knitting operations. The yarn is produced in compliance with international quality standards and serves as a core material in the production of fabric and garments. The significance of this facility lies in its ability to create a self-sustaining internal supply chain, reducing reliance on external suppliers. Full quality control throughout the internal production process increases product reliability and opens access to global markets. The plant employs 300 workers, and its production lines are fully automated to reduce human error, enhance efficiency, and support stable output. This unit not only boosts the industrial capacity of the region but also plays a vital role in improving local employment and skills development.
