  After placing the order, the customer makes a30% advance payment, and productionbegins. Once the goods are ready, theremaining 70% is paid, and the order can becollected.

  How long doesproduction take after payment?

  The average production time after payment is2 to 2.5 months. In urgent cases, this periodcan be shortened — subject to individualagreement.

  Who will be our point ofcontact during the order andproduction process?

  Before confirming the order, a customproduct sample is prepared and approved byyou. Then, a personal sales manager will beassigned to you. They will stay in dailycontact and assist with any questions youmay have.
